AUSSIES 'LSF' ANNOUNCE NEW ALBUM + TOUR IN JANUARY 2026
“A rock record for the ghosts we live with.”
LSF have announced their highly anticipated second album Haunted, set for release on January 23, 2026. The 12-track record marks a major milestone for the south-coast alt-rock band: a fully self-produced project five years in the making that captures the raw emotion, heavy grit, and cathartic intensity at the core of LSF’s sound. The album follows the band’s recent singles “Space Control” and “I’m Not Here,” early glimpses into the dark, dynamic world of Haunted.
Frontman Blake Lauricella shares, “I struggled to find a name for this album, but when I landed on “Haunted”, it clicked. This record has haunted me for five years, in which I drew from the ethereal work of Radiohead through to the distorted breakdowns of Nirvana. The lyrics are heavy and introspective, but there’s beauty in the chaos. It’s an album for headphones when you want to get lost, or speakers when you need to let it all out; a rock record for the ghosts we live with.”
LSF are wasting no time bringing their new music to the stage, unveiling their newly announced Australian headline tour. Kicking off on Triple J’s Hottest 100 Day on January 24, 2026, the band will bring their explosive live show to fans across three east-coast cities. The show dates are:
SAT 24 JAN – Waywards Ballroom, Sydney
FRI 13 FEB – Nighthawks, Melbourne
SAT 21 FEB – The Junk Bar, Brisbane

LSF has established a firm footing in the Australian alternative rock scene, which has seen them take the sunset slot at Yours and Owls festival, support acts on tour like TOTTY, The Buoys, Pacific Avenue and Rum Jungle whilst selling out their own headline shows at UOW Uni Bar and Oxford Art Factory. Lately LSF gained national radio play on Triple J with their single ‘What's’ on Your Mind?’ and saw a top spot in Spotify’s Fresh Finds AU / NZ with ‘Malibu’.
Later in the year they released their 6 minute rock odyssey ‘Space Control’ whilst racking up over 750k plays on videos from their Instagram after US based artists Zach Bryan shared their work. Another video also found traction, hitting 300k views through Hudson Freeman’s support. LSF are coming off their latest release ‘I’m Not Here’ which gained tens of thousands of views in the first week of the music video launch, a catchy grunge tune with electronic elements showing their adaptability and songwriting.
Haunted and the upcoming headline tour mark an exciting new era for LSF, capturing a band at the peak of their creative power and proving why they’ve become one of Australia’s most intense and compelling alt-rock acts.
